3. Plan you time
As most people who start a home business will begin part-time it is important to plan your time carefully. For every hour you commit to your home business, start off by writing some goals or targets you want to accomplish within that hour. 4. Plan you marketing budget

Allocate a monthly budget and stick to it and always remember you are looking for a return on investment (ROI) for every marketing dollar you spend. 6. Admin and bookkeeping
There are many benefits of owning a home business because you can off set costs against your business and reduce your taxes. Make sure you keep receipts and invoices of all the costs you incur related to building your home business.
